Solar Sisters provides community and connection for women in the clean energy industry.
Through events and networking receptions, Solar Sisters creates a safe space for women and the gender diverse community to have honest conversations about their lives as employees, bosses, mothers, daughters, friends, partners, and all the various ways they show up in the world. These intimate events are designed to facilitate meaningful conversations that help women find mentorship opportunities and build lasting relationships with other women in the clean energy industry.
Solar Sisters events are private events that are hosted by Abigail Ross Hopper, president and CEO of the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA).

Abigail Ross Hopper is the President and CEO of the Solar Energy Industries Association, the national trade organization for America’s solar energy industries. She oversees all of SEIA’s activities, including government affairs, research, communications, and industry leadership, and is focused on creating a marketplace where solar will constitute a significant percentage of America’s energy generation.
